Off-White Hessian Tapered Drum Lampshade

Imperial Lighting handcrafts this off white hessian tapered drum lampshade using traditional lampshade-making techniques. We use woven hessian fabric, also known as burlap or jute, to form a softly tapered drum shape. As a result, the lampshade offers a calm and understated lighting option with natural texture and a clean finish.

The off-white hessian surface gently filters the light. Consequently, it creates a soft and balanced glow that suits relaxed interiors. At the same time, the neutral tone brightens the space without appearing stark. Because of this, the lampshade works well in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. In addition, it complements cafés, hotels and reception areas. The natural jute weave pairs easily with timber, stone, pale finishes and brushed metal details.

Tapered drum shape, texture and versatility

The classic tapered drum design gives this off-white hessian lampshade a timeless appearance with subtle character. At the same time, it remains highly versatile. For example, you can use it as a pendant lampshade, table lightshade or floor lamp shade, depending on the setting. When used on its own, it adds lightness and texture. Likewise, when repeated, it helps create a cohesive and well-balanced lighting scheme.

The simple profile works equally well with traditional and contemporary lamp bases. Therefore, it suits both residential and commercial interiors.

Drum Size options and  applications

This off white hessian tapered drum lampshade is available in sizes from 20cm to 60cm. This size range allows you to select the right scale for your lamp base or ceiling height. Furthermore, proportions are carefully maintained across all sizes. As a result, the lampshade keeps a consistent and refined appearance whether used individually or as part of a wider layout.
